Data Owners are responsible for approving an employee’s access request to the data for their subject areas. The VCCS detailed description can be provided upon request.
Setup Groups are the individuals who set up the access requested once the Data Owner approves the access.
Developer Note: To ensure that employees get notified of their tasks and that they can process their tasks in the VWCC Portal,
the employees must be manually added to the employee_data_owners and employee_setup_groups tables.
