A "power user" denotes a user who has administrative access. In this case, they can install software and make system changes.
We are required to prohibit use of privileged accounts for performing regular day to day user duties.
We are also required to limit these users on the rule of least privilege.
Developer Note: Until power users and SARFs are fully accounted for, this report may include archived or deleted SARFS, and secondary accounts.
For instance, active employees may have several listings here for their primary and secondary accounts, and Rick Via shows as the owner for vwpowea2 and vwpowea3.
However, we do not currently have vwpowea4 assigned in any SARF.
